Identity Exploration

Reclaiming Your Truth, Unlearning the “Rules”, and Embracing Who You Are

What We Explore:

Many of us have been told who we’re supposed to be before we even had the chance to figure it out for ourselves. Whether through cultural expectations, gender norms, family systems, neurotypical standards, or societal pressures, we often find ourselves shaped by external narratives rather than our authentic selves.

Therapy is a space to:

Unlearn harmful narratives around worth, success, and self-expression

Explore neurodivergence, queerness, and cultural identity outside of binary labels

Navigate life transitions such as coming out, leaving faith traditions, or stepping into new roles

Reclaim lost or silenced parts of yourself through depth work, creativity, and self-inquiry

Identity isn’t about picking a label—it’s about expanding into your fullest, most honest self.

Who This Therapy Supports

You might find yourself in identity exploration if you are questioning who you are outside of expectations. Whether you are navigating neurodivergence, queerness, cultural identity, self-worth, or a major transition, this space is for you.

Many of my clients are late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, first- and second-generation Americans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, perfectionists, spiritual seekers, and those untangling family dynamics.

This work is for those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime masking, performing, or striving for acceptance in systems not built for them.

Work With Me

reflect, integrate, and redefine

Individual Therapy

A one-on-one space to explore your identity, untangle internalized beliefs, and step into your most aligned self. Individual therapy with me is rooted in the deeply personal process of self-reclamation, where we work to unlearn and create space for authenticity. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or explain yourself—you get to be fully seen.

Parent / Family Therapy

Family therapy isn’t about fixing one person—it’s about creating a home environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Working with me is especially supportive for neurodivergent families, multicultural families, queer families, and those healing from emotionally immature generational patterns.

Intimate Relationships

Love does not have to look ONE way to be real, fulfilling, or meaningful. Traditional relationship models often don’t account for neurodivergence, non-monogamy, kink, or other nontraditional partnerships. Build relationships that work for you, rather than forcing them into predefined structures. I offer a judgment-free space to create intimacy on your own terms.

Integration groups

For those who heal best in the community, integration groups provide a space to process in a supportive environment. These groups are not just about sharing experiences —they are about deep, collective witnessing and transformation. These groups are closed, process-oriented, and rooted in deep conversation, reflection, and ritual.
