Many of us grow up feeling like we don’t quite fit—whether because of neurodivergence, cultural identity, queerness, or the weight of generational trauma. I know what it’s like to be in spaces that don’t see you, to feel like you’re constantly translating yourself to be understood.
Therapy, for me, is not about forcing yourself to be “normal.” It’s about breaking free from the stories that were never meant for you in the first place.
I created Wildly Rewoven Therapy as a space for those who have been told they are “too much,” “too sensitive,” “too complicated,” or “too different.” Here, we challenge those labels. Here, we honor every part of you—the parts you love, the parts you hide, and the parts that have been waiting to be reclaimed.

I’m Savannah, a mixed-raced, Queer, Second-gen American, first-time college student, neurodivergent, and eclectic therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families unlearn oppressive narratives, reconnect with their full selves, and cultivate lives rooted in self-trust, healing, and authenticity.
Why I Do This Work
My journey into therapy began as a personal one—I was searching for the very resources, knowledge, and support that I lacked while navigating anxiety, depression, and the complexities of identity, now I recognize as generational trauma and attachment wounds. I intimately understand the struggle of feeling like you don’t quite belong, of questioning who you are outside of societal, familial, and cultural expectations.
I was drawn to this work to provide others with what I needed:

I believe that therapy is an ever-evolving practice, and I am committed to ongoing education, decolonized mental health approaches, and harm-reduction models to better support my clients. I don't think anyone can heal with a strict therapy style, so I continue to expand my tool box.
